ESD Brush

The brushes manufactured by Exochos Static Technologies have conductive handle (Surface Resistivity of 10^4 to 10^5) and Bristles part made of Static Dissipative Poly Amide - 6,6 (Surface Resistivity less than 10^11). .

The basic characteristics of ESD Brushes is to dissipate electrostatic charge generated on the PCB or by the PCB to ground through human body connected via Anti-static wrist strap or ESD footwear on ESD Flooring and ultimately to the ground.

These brushes do not let the charge generate or accumulate on the surface of the PCB Assembly. The charge flows from bristles through the conductive handle and ultimately grounded by Anti-static wrist strap or ESD Footwear and ESD Flooring.
